Luxury smartphone customizer Caviar has ventured into the automotive market, turning the Tesla Model S into a posh vehicle—by literally covering it in gold. Plus, it’s offering two iPhones that’ll match the world’s most expensive Tesla.

The Model Excellence 24K comes in black and is adorned with decorative elements electroplated in 999 gold. The car’s radiator grille, side skirts, discs, rear-view mirrors, and rear and front bumpers have all been drenched in gold.

Caviar has made a limited-run of only 99 units, with each retailing at US$299,000. According to Luxurylaunches, the original Model S Plaid+, with all the bells and whistles, costs approximately US$168,990 in comparison.

You’ll also be able to choose from two iPhones – either the iPhone 12 Pro or iPhone 12 Pro Max – inspired by the Tesla Model S. As per autoevolution, both versions come with a case made of titanium with a PVD coating.

It mixes black and gold to form the outline of a Tesla, with the Caviar logo in place of where the Apple logo would be. The Black Titanium version costs US$6,150, while the Gold Titanium version is a little more pricey at US$6,600.

Caviar has already started accepting requests for the Model Excellence 24K. Take a closer look at the car here.
