Adding physical store to existing ecommerce business – Shopify Community

I have run an ecommerce site for 5 years and I am venturing into a physical location as well.  The name of my physical store is different than the ecommerce site but I want to run both off my existing Shopify platform.  Has anyone done this and if so any advice?
