Digital and marketing transformation advisory Arktic Fox have launched a new Digital Marketing Masterclass aimed at supporting more seasoned marketers to upskill and enhance their knowledge and expertise in digital.
Arktic Fox founder Teresa Sperti said, “The new Digital Marketing Masterclass had been designed to give experienced marketers the opportunity to learn the core foundations of developing and delivering a successful digital approach that is integrated as part of a broader marketing strategy.”
Sperti said there are few options for more experienced marketers to gain the knowledge and confidence they need to effectively leverage digital marketing. The masterclass is designed to arm marketers with not only the expertise of what to do but also focuses on what will enable them and their teams to be successful.
“We’ve spoken to dozens of marketing professionals who feel like they’ve missed the boat on digital. They don’t feel they are armed with the knowledge to ask the right questions and navigate the changing landscape,” she said.
“This masterclass is designed for these marketers in mind to create an environment where they can learn with likeminded individuals and grapple with the role digital plays as part of an integrated marketing approach.”
The Masterclass comprises of nine modules and is delivered online across four half day sessions. Participants will learn about; trends and shifts in customer behaviour, strategy development, the customer journey, digital channel and experience management, agile ways of working, the MarTech landscape, data & analytics, reporting and more.
To bring the program to market, Arktic Fox has partnered with JBZ Digital a specialist digital media agency. With over 30 years’ experience in the digital industry between them – Teresa Sperti and CEO of JBZ Digital, Marcus Betschel will lead facilitation of the masterclass.
Betschel said, “We are excited to partner with Arktic Fox to bring this to market. We believe the more marketing professionals can understand the connection between brand, customer experience and technology, the more they are likely to be able to deliver value in a changing market.”

The Digital Marketing Masterclass runs on October 7, 8, 14 and 15 from 9:30am – 1pm.
The program is also available to be booked as an in-house / onsite session for individual marketing teams looking to lift knowledge across the board.
