Overview
NYU’s prestigious Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Director, Digital Marketing, Online Programs. The selected candidate will responsible for (a) executing and managing digital marketing campaigns, including campaign optimization, analysis, and reporting; (b) writing, creating, and publishing marketing content across multiple digital platforms, including web, email, social media, and multimedia channels; (c) managing digital platforms such as the Online Program websites and social media channels; (d) developing and maintaining metrics to measure success; (e) managing projects and relationships with external agencies and vendors. S/he will also conduct market and competitive research with the goal of driving traffic, registrations, and enrollment for Stern’s non-credit and credit-bearing online programs. The selected candidate will influence strategy to improve online programs across Stern.
Responsibilities
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in higher education, marketing, online content, CRM systems and databases or the equivalent combination. Digital marketing experience is required. Outstanding written and oral communication skills including experience writing, editing, and proofing content are required. Experience creating/coding custom HTML templates, managing email campaigns and maintaining list health is also required. Experience in a marketing capacity at an academic, e-commerce, technology or startup environment is preferred. Agency experience a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with strong project management, organizational and relationship building skills.
