A real estate entity connected to the Otto Group fortune heiress—Otto Group is the e-commerce juggernaut that includes the well-known decor chain Crate & Barrel—recently purchased the roughly 6,500-square-foot residence in an all-cash deal for $13.8 million, according to real estate sources familiar with the deal.

Set in the ultra-affluent enclave of Trousdale Estates, the four-bedroom home was built in 1966 but recently received sweeping renovations to meet contemporary tastes.
