Clifford starts LaunchLocal digital marketing firm
Declan Clifford of Indian Harbour Beach recently opened LaunchLocal, a digital marketing firm targeting small businesses.
Clifford is a graduate of Satellite High School. He received his bachelor’s degree in digital media from the University of Central Florida.
Clifford said the company combines “a results-driven digital marketing strategy with software solutions for small businesses.”

Turner named chief operating officer at Coastal Mechanical Services
Jeff Turner, currently vice president of operations at Coastal Mechanical Services, recently was named the company’s chief operating officer.
He will have responsibilities over operations, estimating, sales, marketing and human resources.
Turner received business management degree from the University of Florida.
He started out at Coastal Mechanical in the estimating department, and held various positions in his career there, including project engineer, assistant project manager, project manager, senior project manager and director of operations.

St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care adds two physicians
St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care has announced that two physicians have joined the nonprofit’s medical team.
Dr. Ryan Chapman and Dr. Diane Danly round out a team of eight board-certified or board-eligible hospice and palliative medicine physicians.
The announcement comes after recent business announcement that St. Francis is partnering with Melbourne Regional Medical Center to open a new 10-bed in-patient hospice care center.
Chapman received his bachelor’s degree from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, and his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, where he also completed a hospice and palliative medicine fellowship.
Chapman is board-certified in internal medicine and hospice and palliative medicine. He maintains professional associations with the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians.
In his free time, Chapman enjoys golfing, traveling the world, and spending time with his family, including his wife, a physician associate.
Danly received her bachelor’s degree from the Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington, and her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at Providence Family Medicine, and she completed a hospice and palliative medicine fellowship at St. Louis University Hospital, VA Hospitals.
Danly is board-certified in family medicine, and hospice and palliative medicine. Additionally, she is certified as a hospice medical director.
Danly is a fellow of the Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
In her free time. Danly enjoys being active, walking on the beach, swimming, biking, and spending time with her dogs and family, including her husband of nearly 30 years and her two daughters.
CareerSource Brevard board elects new executive officers
The board of directors for CareerSource Brevard, the area authority on workforce development, has announced its newly elected executive officers.
The board elected:
“I’m extremely excited to have very successful business leaders from Brevard County at the helm of CareerSource Brevard for the next few years,” CareerSource Brevard President Marci Murphy said. “Lloyd Gregg has been a valuable member of CareerSource Brevard’s board of directors for the past three years. His leadership, guidance and strategic direction for the organization will be invaluable to both me and CareerSource Brevard.”
Gregg said “it’s an exciting time to be the chair of CareerSource Brevard board of directors. Brevard County is fortunate to have a robust and growing economy. The ability to steer an organization that plays a key role in developing and maintaining a viable workforce system is an honor.”
Regarding her nomination, Browne said: “After serving on the CareerSource Brevard board of directors for over 15 years and seeing the positive impact that CSB has on our community and our workforce, it is an honor and a privilege to serve on the Executive Committee as treasurer.”
Gregg is the vice president/general manager for spaceflight support services at ASRC Federal.
He is responsible for providing ASRC Federal certified resources to manufacture spacecraft components and avionics lab design and development, as well as installing and fabricating vehicle thermal systems, flight cable harnesses and electrical ground support equipment. He also works on providing test engineering support and mission operations support, as well as developing ground operations and major tooling, while promoting operability innovations into the design process of Orion.
Lloyd has worked more than 38 years in all facets of engineering, operations, project management and oversees construction.
His memberships and affiliations include the National Space Club; Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast; Eastern Florida State College’s Advisory Board; Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce’s Government Affairs Committee, and CareerSource Brevard’s Executive Board.
In September, Gregg was appointed to the state of Florida’s first Credentials Review Committee. With the 2021 Reimagining Education and Career Help Act and the governor’s goal to make Florida the best state in the nation for workforce development by 2030, this committee will focus on strengthening and modernizing our state’s workforce system.
