**Job summary**
The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us in Brno, Czech Republic. In this role, you will be an integral part of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) marketing department. You’ll work closely with all EMEA marketing teams to ensure that all online content is strategic, targeted, engaging, and consistent with corporate strategies and brand guidelines. You will mainly support the creation of landing pages and registration forms for EMEA events. You should have the skills of an experienced writer and editor, as well as the organizational and tactical execution skills of a project manager. You should be organized and motivated with good communication skills and the ability to work in a large, dynamic, fast-paced organization.
**Primary job responsibilities**
+ Create, develop, and manage regional and local event pages on redhat.com with tools like Drupal (CMS) and Certain (event automation solution)
+ Maintain brand consistency across the website pages and assets
+ Work with the EMEA Regional Demand Center and Field Marketing teams to maintain existing content, monitor conversion rates, and optimize pages for search engines and other online marketing efforts
+ Coordinate web projects, improvements, and deployments across teams
**Required skills**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Intermediate HTML and CSS knowledge
+ Good communication skills
+ Fluent in English
+ Creative with the ability to come up with fresh ideas
+ Effective time management, communication, and negotiation skills to meet requests from stakeholders within strict timeframes
+ JavaScript knowledge is a plus
