Job description

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager (Paid Media) at Sandstorm Digital, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms for our clients. Your expertise in digital advertising, e-commerce, data analysis, and strategic thinking will be essential to ensure our client’s brand reaches its target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication and fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
  1. Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with the our client’s marketing objectives.
  • Define target audience segments and channels for optimal campaign performance.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to meet ROI goals.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, including search, display, P. Max, and shopping campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with keyword research, market analysis, and ad copywriting.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and make real-time adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement best practices to improve ad performance.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Manage the paid media budget, allocate funds strategically, and ensure efficient spending.
  • Provide regular budget reports and forecasts to our clients
  1. Data Analysis:
  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to track KPIs, identify trends, and recommend data-driven decisions.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of campaigns.
  1. Content Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets.
  • Ensure client’s brand consistency and alignment in all paid media materials.
  1. Stay Current:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging digital advertising platforms.
  • Make recommendations for adopting new technologies and strategies to enhance paid media efforts.
  1. Reporting:
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to our clients.
  • Share insights and actionable recommendations based on campaign data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other industry-specific tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, PPC, SEO, and SEM.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Must be proficient in English, other languages are a plus.
