Entrepreneurial team player wanted!

We want to take Fontys Pulsed to the next level, both as a brand and as a community. Therefore, we are looking for a digital marketing & community expert. In this role, you will be the one who sets out the main (strategic) line and, when operationalising it, coordinates and collaborates with both the educational and creative team within Fontys Pulsed.

It is a versatile and varied position within an international field in which you play an important role in telling our story to the right people. From future students and alumni to the business community; we want to inform them well and in a Fontys Pulsed way about who we are and what we can do for them

The principles and responsibilities of your role are clear, but what exactly the practice looks like, we have to discover together through experimentation and reflection. In any case, a good set of time & project management skills are important. Are you the entrepreneurial professional who is also a real team player?

What will you undertake?

Together with the creative design team, you are the voice of the Fontys Pulsed brand. Starting from a clear strategy, you will enter the creative process of brainstorming, conceptualising, designing and launching (marketing) campaigns and funnels. We learn by doing and from a solid basis you will ensure that we have enough room for entrepreneurial and creative expressions.

The work environment

Fontys University of Applied Sciences is part of a top technological region and aims to optimally anticipate developments in the region by making a significant contribution to the regional knowledge infrastructure. It therefore focuses on the knowledge domains present in the Southeast Netherlands region. The knowledge domain of University of Applied Sciences Engineering includes the disciplines Automotive Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Applied Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering. Our institute has professorships in the fields of Mechatronics and Automotive and has two centres of expertise: the Centre of Expertise HTSM (High Tech Systems & Materials) and the Automotive Centre of Expertise. Our research has three main areas of focus: Future mobility, Smart manufacturing and Design of High Tech Equipment.

There are 2500 students and about 200 staff members at the Engineering department. Our education is offered in both Dutch and English and approximately 40% of our students come from abroad.
