Introduction

Developing digital communications across all channels as the charity moves to become digital first, you’ll be working with colleagues across the group on a number of projects and campaigns at any one time; you’ll advise on how to achieve communications objectives and use a range of channels and techniques to encourage engagement and interaction with customers, staff and stakeholders.

With a digital and social media focus, you will also work across all aspects of marketing and communications as part of a small, dynamic team to deliver the group’s marketing and communications strategy.

So here’s a bit more detail….

• You’ll plan, create, manage and evaluate targeted content to drive engagement across all digital channels, including our website, social media and intranet, and manage the social media channels.

• Lead on the maintenance of the WordPress website including updating content, creating pages, tracking and analysing performance using Google Analytics

• Manage the relationship with the website development agency, including project managing maintenance and development work

And so you’ll need to have

• Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in digital marketing or a related discipline

• Proven experience in digital marketing including email campaigns, social media, SEO and tracking performance

• Experience of using content management systems

• Experience of managing social media channels and campaigns

• Strong Abode Creative Suite, MS Office, Google Analytics and Google Ads skills

• An understanding of search marketing and PPC
