Job Details:
Eastwood Libis (WFH During Pandemic)
Monday to Friday | 11 PM to 8 AM
Responsibilities:
• Execute and support paid media (pay per click, PPC) campaigns (search, social & shopping), including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management.
• Utilize reporting, analytics, and trend tools.
• Campaign set-up: keyword development, ad copy creation & testing, account set-up and restricting, bid and budget management.
• Responsible for all basic tactical execution and campaign audits
• Effectively prioritizes efforts to focus on delivering on the most important things tracks and reports on campaign results, data analysis and participate in weekly client calls
• Plan, design, and operate paid search campaigns: Campaign Launches, Campaign Management, Budget Management, Bid Management & A/B Testing
• Track and monitor reporting of campaign results daily/weekly/quarterly/yearly basis, including Quarterly Business Reviews & End of Year analysis
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Qualifications:
• Degree in Marketing or Related Field
•3+ years of experience managing multiple client portfolios in paid search & paid social industry
•Learning on the Fly – Learns quickly when facing new problems, relentless learner, open to change, improves, enjoys challenges and finding solutions
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent analytical skills – able to communicate metrics, address client concerns, and use data to make informed decisions
•Deep knowledge of the SEM industry and the paid search advertising model
•Experience with keyword research tools and web analytics tools (Google Analytics), as well as how to use these tools in paid search campaigns
•Strong Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPS and chart building
•General knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), social advertising, and web usability
•Extremely well organized, able to balance client timelines and business needs, possibly across multiple clients
•Work comfortably in dynamic, time-intensive environments where consistent fire drills and competing priorities are commonplace
•Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
•Ability to manage expectations and priorities
