Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

We are a young, dynamic European technology company with its headquarter in Berlin. Our goal is to improve the life quality in cities through a new urban logistics. By using new technologies, concepts and network we create a more efficient and sustainable last mile in the cities. Our e-cargobike, the ONO, is already used in many cities by our customers. ONOMOTION has currently 65 employees.

Your tasks – do what you love

• You are at home in digital marketing – this includes SEO, SEA, email marketing and performance marketing and are hands-on with technical implementation from the very start.
• You develop SEO strategies, perform SEO analyses (keyword research, concept creation, On Page: Code-, Structure- and backlink-analyses), devise the appropriate measures that support our growth targets.
• You generate trackable activities for our customer journey and implement automations in Mailchimp and/or cleverreach. 
• You are responsible for monitoring and reporting online campaigns and will work closely with the CMO.
• You work in the Marketing and Communications team and create new campaigns (email, SEO, SEA, social media) with the Marketing and Sales team.

Your profile – Is it a match?

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in digital/online marketing, have a degree in digital marketing or have worked in SEO at an agency.
• You think analytically, have a high affinity for technical implementation, always keep an eye on user behavior, understand Google search and know how the different algorithms work – and always stay up-to-date.
• You are absolutely hands-on and nothing motivates you more than being able to measure your successes through optimizations right away.
• You are very familiar with common SEO and web analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console or SISTRIX.
• You have very good communication skills in German and English. 
• Ideally, you are enthusiastic about sustainable mobility and enjoy cycling to work.
