About the Role:
The Agoda marketing department is highly data-driven and focused on developing at scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels.
As a manager in our international digital team, you will drive new strategies, idea generation and growth. You will gain deep understanding of the digital marketing strategy and operations of a cutting-edge tech company and will work closely with social marketing, Google Paid Search, branding, CRM and SEO marketing teams. You will also work with product managers, engineers, and teams ranging from finance to analytics. Because of the significant impact that these marketing channels have on our overall business, you will have regular interaction with the senior management team, including COO, and CEO.
