About your client:

You will work with a Project Manager for a management consulting and executive coaching organization based in the U.S. West Coast, who works with the world’s top entrepreneurs and fast-growing businesses. A best-selling author and serial entrepreneur founded the business in 2008.

What You Will Do:

• Data Collection & Reporting
• Building reports to showcase KPIs and tactic performance
• Updating lead records, creating campaigns, building dashboards
• Investigating and troubleshooting system errors
• Recording coach contest efforts

• Scope & Quality Management
• Updating the tracking sheet
• Sharing meeting action items
• Managing our content calendar
• Creating SOPs and best practices documents
• Due diligence/research

• Internal Communication
• Passing information between marketing team members
• Following up on the status of tasks/reminding team members to keep things moving
• Scheduling alignment calls
• Informing stakeholders of our marketing efforts

• External Communication
• Owning relationships with agencies/outsourced services
• Reaching out to clients
• Planning, execution and follow up of virtual marketing events in coordination with host groups

• Content Creation
• Writing press releases and preparing coach bios to make them website-ready
• Proofreading and providing feedback on blogs/podcasts
• Writing and editing emails and landing page copy

Qualifications:

• Highly experienced in Marketing Automation
• Must be an expert in Pardot
• Highly experienced in Digital Marketing and Web Development
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Must have excellent communication skills
