Here is the nineteenth installment of the Unreal Engine 4 and C++ First-Person Shooter (FPS) series. In this episode, I go over firing our weapon using spawned ammo objects, editing projectile movement (using the ProjectileMovement Component) to alter speed, gravity, and drop-off of our bullets, and changing the muzzle location to determine where projectiles are spawned and created from.
This set of tutorials will help you create games in Unreal Engine and C++ that are similar to (but not limited to): Halo, Call of Duty (as well as Modern Warfare), DOOM, Borderlands, Overwatch, Apex Legends, Wolfenstein, Metro, Battlefield, Fallout, Aim Lab, Alien, Duke Nukem, Nexuiz, GoldenEye 007, Perfect Dark, and many more.
