Grocery chain operator Albertsons Cos. introduces an online marketplace

Grocery merchant Albertsons Cos. LLC today introduced an online marketplace selling about 40,000 food, wellness and family products. By the end of 2018, the site, Albertsons.com/ Market, will use more than 100,000 products, the business says.Albertsons– the third-largest grocer in the United States in terms of market share and No. 178 in the Web Seller 2018 Leading 1000– announced strategies to launch the market previously this year.
