At Famly, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to really boost our presence in the DACH market. You’ll take care of and optimise various DACH facing materials such as website pages, digital ads and SoMe, as well as helping to create internal presentations, plan events and a lot more.
And Famly are…? Well it all began when our co-founder Henrik’s daughter was ready to start at daycare. He couldn’t believe the amount of work being done on paper – and how distant he felt from his first child during the day. The paper ‘parent’ books they exchanged once a month just weren’t cutting it. Together with his friend, our co-founder and CEO Anders, they set about solving that.
These days, the 70 of us building Famly talk about trying to do two things for our 3,200 customers:
Giving children the best possible start to life.
Championing the vital work that goes into making that happen.
We do it with software that brings hundreds of thousands of parents closer to their child’s day while they’re away from them. We also make financial, pedagogical, and planning tools for more than 34,000 childcare professionals, saving them hours and reducing their admin stress.

What you’ll be doing:
Our DACH team is growing quickly, and we’re excited to open up our very first sales office in Berlin this fall. To support those efforts, we need you on board in Copenhagen to work closely with the DACH team to spread the word about Famly – and eventually increase our number of DACH inbound leads.
That means that on a daily basis, you’ll:
Run and optimise digital SoMe and SEM ads in the target market.
Build, manage, and constantly improve the company’s DACH social media to drive customer awareness.
Work closely with the VP of Marketing & Growth to build and optimise the marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Manage offline print campaigns to increase brand awareness in the DACH market.
Source and negotiate the price of display ads, print ads and other offline advertising packages with both offline and online vendors.
Support the planning and execution of offline events to strengthen relationships with customers, and attract local prospects.
Measure, report, and improve the performance of marketing campaigns to gain insights and assess our current goals.
Based on data and insights, propose new demand-driven campaigns that attract prospects and convert leads.
