Just another day to celebrate iQuanti moms – iQuanti Digital Marketing Agency

Mothers make the world go around. While it may all seem like magic, we know it’s a whole lot of hard work. At a fast-paced, growing company like ours, iQuanti mothers are truly an inspiration. On this International Mother’s Day, here’s a shout-out to all the moms at iQuanti – we celebrate, support, and thank every one of you -Happy Mother’s Day #iQuantiMoms !

We’re also pleased to share here some wisdom and learnings from some of the moms at iQuanti:

“Being a working mother allows me to model determination, perseverance, and empathy to my children on a daily basis—as a mom and an intellectually curious colleague, adult, and friend. They see me navigate complex solutions and work on continuously learning new things—it shows them that adding to their knowledge and skills doesn’t stop at the classroom door. My motherhood has come in handy at work, too. I’m used to listening to several different (and sometimes competing!) perspectives as a mom; it’s definitely helped me grow and come up with a plan of action when there are multiple stakeholders with differing opinions to consider. I believe it’s important that as my children get older, they see us, their parents, as resilient and purposeful in all facets of our lives. While parenting and working through the pandemic hasn’t been easy at all… it’s given my children a glimpse into what collaboration and hard work can do, and it’s given me additional skills to better partner with our clients and colleagues in arriving at creative solutions to novel challenges. I’m proud to be an iQuantian and a mom, and I’m appreciative to be part of a company that believes I can excel at both.”

“Being a mother helped a lot in my career; when things get rough, my belief in family, in my son, and my ability to make things right in the best possible ways I can see me through. As a mom of a little one, I have learnt that even in the hardest times, I cannot give up, and I will not. At times when I find myself feeling low about something at work, I only need to think about my boy for whom I am the center of the universe, and that just makes me realize that I am kinda a big deal. And I am back on!”

Being a mom comes with a lot of ups and downs, but at the end of the day, it’s one of the most rewarding jobs to have. My problem-solving skills in motherhood have translated into the workplace as I’ve learned to deescalate situations, think under pressure, and develop creative solutions. Whether I’m writing an article, helping with math homework, or cheering from the sidelines, I’m always on my toes and I never stop learning.

“Being a parent pushes us way beyond previous limits. Driving around at 2 a.m. with white noise at a high volume isn’t normal, but as a parent it is. I’m forced to try new things that I never thought I would. I am more open to trying new ideas and listening to others who bring a different perspective to the projects we work on every day. While working together as a team each day, sure, there are stressful times. However, we are all in this together, doing the best we can so we should enjoy the ride (even at 2am).”

“As a mother, I have learnt something importantdon’t let what you can’t do stop you from doing what you can do! There are times I’ve heard myself screaming out to my daughter, realizing just then that I need to do what I can to set things right, with whatever I have because I have no other choice. So, being a parent has taught me to deal with crises. I’ve also become a juggler and I have learned that patience is a virtue and that one should never give up!”
