LABELIUM AMERICAS’ NEW YORK OFFICE ADDS VP OF E-COMMERCE AND E-RETAIL MARKETPLACES DIRECTOR
Carlos Spallarossa & Ihab Allam Join Global Independent E-commerce Performance Agency as It Continues Rapid Growth in North American Market
The global e-commerce performance agency Labelium, specializing in e-retail, media, and consumer performance, has tapped two executives for leadership positions. Carlos Spallarossa has joined as VP of E-commerce. He will lead the development of e-commerce based service offerings spanning platforms and tech, UI/UX, and digital best practices across all channels. Ihab Allam is Labelium’s new Director, E-Retail Marketplaces. He will be an integral part of marketplace management in many key online retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, Overstock, Target, and Wayfair.
With Spallarossa and Allam joining, Labelium now offers e-retail clients a comprehensive end-to-end solution for e-commerce and marketplace spaces, including UX, media, pricing, management of marketplaces, digital retailers, and stakeholders. The new hires will be based out of Labelium’s New York office.
Labelium’s capabilities in technology, data, owned assets, advertising marketplaces, and customer relationship management are solidified by strategically adding Spallarossa and Allam to the roster.
Ihab Allam is a digital marketing leader with a breadth of client experience, a wealth of knowledge and experience pioneering digital e-commerce campaigns.
Carlos Spallarossa has worked in client-side global enterprises and is thus uniquely positioned to understand and respond to Labelium’s clients’ needs. Together they provide Labelium with a complete rounded marketplace offering.
Previously Director of Search Marketing – SEO/SEM at L’Oreal, Spallarossa is a digital marketing and technology professional with 16+ years of digital experience. He has provided thought leadership in e-commerce and has led teams in search marketing (SEO/SEM), digital technology, and marketing for well-known consumer brands such as L’Oreal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier, Lancôme, Kiehls, Essie, CeraVe, Skinceuticals, Toys “R” Us Babies “R” Us, and many others.
My role will be helping expand and focus on the alignment of media, marketplace, and direct consumer strategies.

Allam joins Labelium after more than a decade of working on the client-side of retail with Philips home appliances and Sony consumer electronics, and other consumer brands. He is a veteran brand strategist for existing products, engaging new/existing customers and uncovering new opportunities for business development and revenue growth. Thanks to his expertise, Labelium’s clients will have access to an extended portfolio that includes all relevant and business-related marketplaces, such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Overstock, and Target.
