Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: emfluence is a full service digital marketing agency and a SaaS provider of Marketing Automation technology used by hundreds of clients in diverse business categories. The emfluence Marketing Platform gives clients the ability to create, deploy and track multi-channel digital campaigns through email, SMS, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, landing pages, online forms and online surveys. The comprehensive marketing stack also provides website tracking and contact scoring and a robust workflow builder and content planning calendar. Standard integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Salesforce combined with an open API give clients the ability to easily connect with existing data sources.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We are always looking for ways to support our teams. This is a big move for us and one that we think is important for both hiring and retention. Both the 35-hour workweek and the option to work remotely will improve the lives of our team members.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: The 35-hour workweek gives team members the opportunity to choose between a four-day workweek at 8.75 hours or a five-day workweek at 7 hours. Either option is designed to help with work life balance and give time back to the team.
All team members also start with 15 days PTO and have the opportunity to gain additional days with tenure maxing at 25 days PTO after 10 years.
By offering remote work options, team members can choose to come to our corporate offices to work and socialize or to save drive time and work from home offices. We have proven throughout the pandemic that we can thrive in this type of work environment.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We expect solid steady growth through the next 6 months. On the agency side of the business, we are seeing early indications of significant current client expansion leading that growth.
For the SaaS side of the business, we are gaining ground and brand recognition outside of the Midwest region where we are well established. We have a history of launching new features and products (with over 60 feature upgrades this year) and we don’t plan to slow that down in 2022 and beyond.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: We are focused on creating great jobs for great people. We hire strong performers and provide the work life balance that they deserve.
We also have a very strong track record of both client retention, with some clients onboard for 15 plus years.
