(MEX-Mexico City) Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

**Job summary**

The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join us in Mexico City, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels in Latin America (LATAM). You’ll own multiple digital programs, supporting regional teams with campaign planning and content production requirements. As part of the Regional Demand Center team, you’ll work closely with the Field Marketing and Global Marketing teams to support strategy implementation, requirements planning, content creation, best practice sharing, and the promotion of operational efficiencies. As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will guide the creation of digital content assets to support regional campaign and event promotion, including landing pages, customer emails, paid media and content syndication initiatives, and SEO and SEM strategies. You’ll need to have exceptional attention to detail, following the highest standards, and be comfortable managing multiple projects to achieve the Marketing team’s goals in the region. **Primary job responsibilities**

+ Plan and implement multiple digital marketing programs that support our key business priorities, ensuring that end-to-end project management successfully meets deadlines and delivers results

+ Build web-based content deliverables for campaigns, including emails, web pages, landing pages, banner ads, and paid media

+ Work closely with regional marketing teams to produce digital content assets to support priority campaigns and events

+ Monitor web, email, and social engagement metrics

+ Use data-driven insights to optimize emails, web pages, social posts, and user funnels to continually improve customer experience

+ Plan, carry out, and optimize all web, SEO and SEM, email, paid media, and display advertising campaigns

+ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess it against goals, including ROI and KPIs

+ Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

+ Plan, carry out, and measure experiments and conversion tests

+ Evaluate emerging technologies; provide vision and perspective for adoption in LATAM where appropriate

+ Maintain tight budget controls across all digital marketing initiatives

+ Build solid relationships across regional marketing teams to identify opportunities to share best practices, improve processes, and promote operational efficiency

+ Guide and make recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage customers across digital channels (e.g., cadence, frequency, etc.) to support business objectives and improve customer experience

**Required skills**

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field

+ Proven experience in digital marketing with 7+ years of experience working cross-functionally within an international technical environment in a similar role

+ Excellent project management and planning skills

+ Effective presentation of information and solid communication skills for responding to and coordinating with senior stakeholders as necessary

+ Proven knowledge of marketing automation tools and solid knowledge of website analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics

+ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

+ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

+ Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented

+ Ability to manage time and handle multiple priorities to achieve high quality deliverables

+ Up to date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

+ Willingness to travel and ability to work on your own

+ Fluent language skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus

+ Experience in marketing B2B technology offerings or services is a plus
