Multi Vendor/Consignor Marketplace – same products – Shopify Community

I would like to open up consignment to my physical and online store to the local community. I am thinking a multi-vendor marketplace app (such as the one made by webskul) would be sufficient but I am finding a couple of road blocks.

1. I would ideally like the consignors/vendors to be able to log in and add and edit their own products, with myself approving before going live (webskul has an app that can do this).

2. The consignors/vendors can and may have the exact same products that we already stock or that other consignors will stock. How can I add all products under the same product page but are listed from multiple vendors? Am I able to select multi-vendors on the same product without having to create multiple products for each vendor who stocks this item?

I am thinking maybe I add all of the products under the same “product page” however add multiple variants and label each SKU something relevant to each consignor – for example SNK011-CS011 (SKU=SNK011 CONSIGNOR #=CS011)?

3. Reporting – how is the best way to set this up so I am able to clearly export reports each month to show which consignor/vendor sold what shoe, the amounts and how to easily deduct the consignor’s sales from our gross sales?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
