1.  Digital Dojo delivers the login credentials to our learners within 24 hours of receiving the payment for the course.

2. All registered users will be able to access the course contents within 24 hours of making the purchase.

3. In case users do not receive any information/ instructions/ email from us, please contact us within 15 days of making the purchase.

4. If no communication is received from the buyer within 15 days, we consider the product as delivered to the buyer.

Digital Dojo Refund Policy

1.  Digital Dojo online courses are digital information products that are considered consumed when a participant enrolls into a digital course. Hence we do not offer any refunds on digital products purchased.

2. For all our flagship products (classroom courses & coaching programs), we offer a 15 days (no questions asked) refund policy.
