As ourDigital Marketing Communications Manager, you’ll support HID’s successby: Building and executing digital plans (inclusive of digital events, promotions in alignment with the business unit campaign plans, social media, blogs, podcast series and PR) Developing and executing measurable regional digital programs that drive leads Collaborating with business area and global resources in the strategic development of product positioning, value proposition messaging and web marketing programs worldwide to execute regionally Providing analytics for all digital activities and working with business unit Marketing Communications Manager to make real-time changes What we will love about your background: Proficiency in Marketing automation, Web content management, analytics, and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools) Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities Experience with Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Salesforce, and Marketo YourExperienceand Education include: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related academic area; candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered. 8 years of experience in B2B marketing communications, demand generation, or integrated marketing; 2 or more years in the security industry is a plus Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets Experience creating and implementing proven successful, seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
