(USA-TX-Houston) Corporate – Digital Marketing Specialist

**Overview & Responsibilities**

Provideswebsite support to the field, team members, and customers using the company intranet, phone and email.

Answerstechnicaland digital marketing questions, troubleshoots and resolves orescalates as appropriate.

Manages a queue of copy, photo, and website configuration requests independently.

Resolves field and customer requests in a timely manner to meet team service level agreements (SLAs) and key metricsincluding customer surveys and net promoter scores (NPS).

Interacts with creative, content, technical teams, and external vendors as needed to resolve webrelatedtasks.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

**Education & Experience**

+ Some undergraduate education with a desire to work in marketing, computer science,or a relateddiscipline.

**Skills & Expertise**

+ Some experience with content management, page builders, or website editors likeWordpressand Sitecore.

+ Abilityto work in a demanding, complex and fast-paced environment.

+ Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks to completion, assess time frames and work both independently and with a team.

+ Some familiaritywith photo editing and the basics of Photoshop.

+ Demonstratesa commitment to services excellence and continuousimprovement.

+ Possesses good judgment, is proactive and inquisitive, and is willing to ask for help when needed.

+ A clear communicator who is tech-savvy and able to work across multiple applications seamlessly.

+ Works quickly and efficiently with strongplanning and organizationalskills.

+ Knowledgeof Internet Explorer,Chrome,Safari, iOS and Android, MicrosoftOffice Suite, Microsoft Outlook and Windows.
