About the Role: Leads digital marketing and e-Commerce strategy, developing growth initiatives driving web traffic, improving online brand awareness, and increasing e-Commerce sales through consumer acquisition and retention. Collaborates with internal and external teams to enhance our consumer experience and increase our digital presence, success and effectiveness. What you will be doing: Leads, manages and executes strategic global digital marketing and e-commerce plans, to grow revenue, improve gross margin and deliver the ultimate brand experience. Collaborates with cross-functional external and internal teams, including brand, sales and senior management. Provides direction to digital marketing agency and reviews and approves paid media and SEO plan, strategy, and execution. Responsible for brand website consumer experience with a focus on content, utilizing data to make decisions. Measures and reports on site performance, SEO, and key metrics to drive web traffic in collaboration with internal and/or external teams. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experiences and digital tactics. Provides strategic recommendations to key stakeholders based on findings from analytics (what is working/not working and what needs to change). Manages digital communication channels which includes developing, implementing and evaluating email marketing and blogging strategies and collaborating with social media manager to ensure overall content plans are integrated. Assists with digital advertising and media campaigns, which includes but is not limited to, landing page creation, defining the target audience, and developing digital ads. Provides support to the brand team on message development, campaign strategy and execution from the digital viewpoint.
