We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Apprentice!

We have an amazing opportunity for someone to join the Bird team and learn more about the world of Digital Marketing.

Main roles and responsibilities

Marketing:

• Implement digital campaigns across a variety of digital platforms
• Analyse the effectiveness and ROI of digital campaigns
• Respond to enquiries using online tools and social media platforms
• Assist with the implementation of the organisations marketing objectives
• Assist with a range of tasks including:
  • Social Media activity and paid advertising
  • Search engine optimisation
  • Email marketing
  • Web analytics and metrics
• Feedback analysis and information to the management team to inform short and long-term digital communications, strategies and campaigns
• Measure and evaluate the success of digital marketing activities
• Writing blog content for website and social media

Website:

• To manage and update images and copy across a number of websites
• To produce website analytics
• To build new pages on websites where necessary

Design/content creation:

• Assisting with the creation and development of graphics for use online
• Use of adobe creative cloud
• Using design tools to create online content, such as advertisements, artwork, social media graphics, and interactive web content, preferably creative cloud
• Create video content and edits
• Edit audio clips for use on podcasts

Desirable skills:

• Interested in and familiar with social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more…) management
• Problem solver and self-organised
• Punctual and a strong work ethic
• Enjoy working  as part of a team
• Eye for detail
• Creative mindset
• Keen ability to learn
