What we’re after This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who excels in paid advertising to join a successful digital agency based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. As part of our talented marketing team, the person recruited will be involved in managing a variety of paid ad campaigns for clients, and associated activities, across our busy studio. Examples of marketing campaigns you’ve managed, alongside being the right fit for the studio, are the most important things to us. Key skills and responsibilities: Set-up, manage, and optimise paid advertising channels – including Google suite (main channel), LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads Actively look for growth opportunities, and resolve any account issues Presenting new ideas and findings both internally and to clients Experience of writing Ad copy Google certified (or close) and sound knowledge of Google Analytics (including GA4) Website conversion tracking – set-up and reporting Liaising with clients about requirements, budgets and expectations, and supplying regular evaluation reports with analysis Maintaining client relationships and developing new ones These are not essential, but it would be advantageous to have experience in: Programmatic advertising SEO – keyword research, audits, on-page optimisation and off-page optimisation (link building) Looker Studio reporting The ideal candidate will have: A passion for the digital industry – a real interest in keeping up to date with news and developments A minimum of two years’ experience in digital marketing, predominantly PPC A demonstrable understanding of paid search management Strong customer service skills – customer focus Strong analytical skills and be data driven The ability to use initiative, adapt and learn new things quickly What we offer We offer a competitive salary and 24 days’ holiday per year, your birthday off and statutory/public holidays – plus some fun days and nights out.
