About the role

The Marketing Manager is a new and exciting addition to the team at Skeleton. We’re a creative and growing agency who is keen to cement our voice and presence in the industry. We’re looking for someone who can take a simultaneously holistic, strategic and hands-on approach to marketing.

Working across multiple touchpoints that include social, digital, events, PR and thought leadership content (to name a few), we’re looking for a smart and personable all rounder. 

You’ll be happy and confident to be ‘the face’ of Skeleton where needed and co-host our new “Remarkable” video series. It’s an awesome role and we’re looking for someone who can flex a variety of needs and join us on this exciting growth journey. 

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Strategic & hands-on marketing 
  • Creation of an engaging and creative marketing strategy considering all touch points (social, events, PR, paid etc)
  • Work to deliver our NEST approach to strategic marketing (networking, events, social, thought leadership) 
  • Manage and grow our social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging brand TOV and content 
  • Organise and help host a calendar of cyclical promotional and networking events, breakfast sessions, briefings etc
  • In collaboration with the MD, manage our “Remarkable” video series; be comfortable being ‘a face’ of Skeleton where required, happy to spar with various characters on published promotional content (YouTube, website etc)
  • In collaboration with the leadership team, maintain the development of our brand proposition and external profile 
  • Support monitoring inbound new business prospects 
  • Manage all SEO, paid, owned, earned media with cyclical reporting on success, tweaking and improving approach 
  • In collaboration with external PR consultant, manage cyclical promotional PR activity 
  • Devise & deliver regular thought provoking “thought leadership” pieces on a variety of topics
  • Work with creative teams to produce engaging and original marketing content 
  • Create case-studies of our work ready to add as content to website/YouTube etc
  • Support on pitch docs, RFI’s, proposals etc
Team
  • Be confident and self-assured; able to deliver thought-provoking ideas and support with experience and data
  • Be a genuine part of the Skeleton culture; have a voice and a presence both internally and externally 
  • Confident speaker, presenter, people manager and collaborator; able to ‘get stuff done’ and keep people smiling

What you’ll bring to the table

  • 4+ years marketing experience ideally in an agency or creative environment
  • Solid marketing skills across digital / social / PR /events / paid and organic search 
  • Good writer and presenter / host

What we’re offering

Salary

  • Range £30K-£40K dependant on experience
  • A personal training budget of £500 per year that will complement your personal development plan
  • Joint-funded workplace pension
