WICCI announces Kavita Lakhani as National President, Public Relations and Digital Marketing Council

New Delhi: Kavita Lakhani, one of India’s most respected PR professionals and Executive Director, at GolinOpinion has been appointed as National President, Public Relations and Digital Marketing Council, Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI). The tenure of this appointment is with immediate effect until end of Dec 2021, and extendable with mutual consent.

A seasoned communications professional with two and half decades of experience, Kavita is ranked among the top 16 Women in Indian PR Consulting. She is Co-Chair, India, Interpublic Group Women’s Leadership Network and is part of the Lintas Group’s Crisis Response Team. Kavita has served as a core team member of Lintas’ Sexual Harassment Committee. She currently is an Advisory Board Member at FinLabs India. Kavita is a recipient of several awards: ‘Leading Woman in Media’ by Women in Leadership Forum India, 2011, ‘Women Leadership Award’ by World Women Leadership Congress, 2014, ‘Woman Agency Head Of The Year Award’ by adgully.com in 2020, ‘#Superwomen2020’ by socialsamosa.com in 2020.
