We are currently looking for an experienced full-time Digital Strategy Manager to oversee, administer and drive our digital platforms.  

We need someone who lives and breathes online marketing, is innovative, has great time management skills and above all else a team player.  You will be our brand voice, so you must be confident, full of creative ideas and understand the ever-changing and evolving world of digital.

You will have an utter obsession with the content we cover, and possess an understanding and affinity with luxury brands. The successful candidate will form part of an incredibly passionate and committed team who work hard but also regularly enjoy the fruits of their labour by dabbling in the art of living well.

Applicants must have a minimum 3+ years experience in social media, digital marketing and content strategy.

What you’ll be doing:
• Assisting in the development of our social media strategy in order to extend our reach and engagement

• Management of all social media channels formulating weekly and monthly social pushes and creating social plans across EDM, Instagram Stories, Instagram, and Facebook

• Source and develop content for use across digital and social media channels, including copy, photography and video

• Development of strategic social media campaigns to engage followers and create conversation

• Manage paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns to budgets and forecasting ROI

• Source and develop content for use across digital and social media channels, including copy, photography and video

• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategic social media campaigns and optimise across all channels

• Photoshoots: work on content planning, including stories to capture and roll out on social media

• Copywriting/caption development

• Provide well thought out ideas with detailed insights and findings for new campaigns

• Weekly reporting and analytics on social channels and online performance

• Understanding of Google ads and SEO

Experience required:
• Proven digital marketing, social media and content strategy experience (min 3 years)

• Experience at running high performing digital campaigns and have razor-sharp knowledge of industry best practice and trends

• Strong enthusiasm for creating images, video, and posts. Photography, video editing & writing skills is a plus

• Must be active on social media yourself and possess a strong working knowledge of social media platforms

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Solid knowledge of Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics and social media reporting tools.

• Proven analytical capabilities — the ability to leverage analytics to help improve performance and key metrics

• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities and tight deadlines with high-level attention to detail
