JOB ROLE/ PURPOSE

This role will be responsible to lead Digital Media campaigns for the clients that will drive business growth. Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the design and implement a vibrant and effective digital marketing campaign for our B2B Clients. This individual will work with a designated team to ensure flawless campaign execution as well as provide optimal client service support.

What are the Challenges in the Role?

  1. Plan and create a framework to set and evaluate goals for every B2B digital marketing campaigns
  2. Execute efficiently B2B Digital Marketing Campaigns
  3. Proactively monitor campaign performance and delivery goals, escalate delivery issues as necessary
  4. Work for daily campaign optimization & ownership to meet Cost per lead, Cost per activation and other related goals
  5. Prepare all required reports related to Digital marketing campaigns
  6. Provide support to internal teams or clients on digital marketing campaigns

What’s Expected From the Candidate in Terms of Skill Sets & Experience?

  1. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  2. written English communication and copywriting skills are extremely important for this role
  3. Must be a Champion in the Lead Generation through Digital Marketing efforts
  4. Must have experience in handling b2b clients for Digital Marketing Campaigns
  5. Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media; experience creating and executing social media plans
  6. Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to work
  7. Ability to effectively write copy and assist in briefing creative design work
