Job Description

In this role you will report to the Marketing Activation Manager (based in Brussels).

You will be responsible to:

  • Develop and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns in accordance with the marketing plan that may include PPC, paid and organic social, email campaigns, offline adverts and website updates
  • Website content using modern CMS (Drupal and WordPress both used at present); working with development team on updates and new developments
  • Analyse performance; track and report ROI. Constantly monitor campaigns and other Sappi materials and learnings that could support and impact the campaigns.
  • Evaluate and elevate paid channels, such as social channels, partner marketing, and offline opportunities to identify effective lead generation and brand awareness strategies and execute accordingly.
  • Provide short and long term market reports and trends to assist campaign development and reinvigorate or sunset underperforming initiatives.
  • Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials provided in the online marketing campaigns.

Your Profile

  •  3+ years of experience in digital marketing preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM to nurture, track and report on lead conversions.  Pardot and SalesForce experience preferred but experience with other platforms such as Hubspot also acceptable
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Adwords
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), associated advertising tools, and related metrics
  • A strong track record of success and results at previous companies with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
  • Ability to think strategically and look at the bigger picture, while looking after daily execution and optimization of campaigns
  • Proven track record managing digital marketing/lead generation campaigns, from concept to ROI analysis
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
  • Ability to create and manage marketing strategies across multiple countries
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent/Native English speaker, other languages a benefit
  • Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn
  • Creative, with experience in devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Good organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and strong attention to detail
