📷 Content is king! We talk about this ALL the time. Show the world who you are and what you do and have fun with it! Interact with your audience, ask them questions, give them behind the scenes looks and engage them. Your online channels should tell a story, not be a billboard.

📱 Mobile first: if you’re reading this, then chances are you are probably using a mobile device. Being mobile friendly is so important. Make sure your website and social channels are built for mobile users.

🖊️ Manage your reviews: people are giving you their feedback, respond to them. This is SO important. If someone comments on your service, positively or negatively, reply to them ASAP. This is a powerful listening tool to learn more about your audience and prove you care.
