Facebook has added Stories highlight clips and a new way to view how posted content will appear in-steam, to its Creator Studio. The new Story option enables creators to share a 20-second preview from a full video post as a clip to a Facebook or Instagram Story. However, creators won’t be able to edit the highlighted preview in the Creator Studio – they will only have the choice of choosing the preview segment. The other new feature for the Creator Studio provides creators with a timeline view of published posts in-app that shows just how Facebook and Instagram posts appear.

Twitter is testing Tweet reactions videos, a new composer bar, topics tags bar, and an easier way to share Twitter communities with others. Like TikTok’s video replies, “Tweet Takes” allows users to create a video or photo in response to quoting a Tweet. The new tweet composer bar that is in progress aims to make it easier to start a Tweet, replacing the blue button with a bar above the navigation menu. A topics tag bar under the home page will let users instantly jump to the topic that catches their eye. And lastly, the Twitter app’s community page will let you tap share to invite people directly or send to an external audience.

TikTok is working on bringing back an opt-in feature that would allow users to see anyone who has viewed their profile in the last 30 days. Users would also be able to see exactly when others have checked out their Page, if the functionality remains on. Last year, TikTok had removed the feature as the company was under scrutiny for privacy concerns. As of right now, there is no word from the app on when and if this feature will be released.

Instagram Subscriptions is now under early testing with a small batch of creators, with the idea of offering followers paid access to exclusive content. The subscription model will let creators choose their own price points—from a mere $0.99 per month to as high as $99.99 per month. Subscribers would have access to subscriber-only content such as Instagram Live videos and Stories. Subscribers could also stand out among creators’ public content and message requests with badges that indicate their status. Right now, in its testing stage, there is not any technology in place to prevent paid content from being shared with others through screenshots. Soon creators will see subscription-related data in their analytics dashboards.

In a new partnership, TikTok will be able to maximize its booming presence with new public exposure from video content provider Atmosphere. According to TechCrunch, Atmosphere has repurposed and licensed video content for clients including Taco Bell and Burger King. And now, TikTok is joining that list with its curated content set to be displayed on TVs in restaurants, bars, gyms and more.

One of the most common SEO plugins for WordPress, Yoast, is now available for Shopify site owners. Yoast SEO for Shopify offers many of the same features as it does with WordPress. The price point is one of the main differences, as Yoast SEO for Shopify costs $29 for 30 days following a free 14-day trial, compared to $99 for a year on WordPress. Either way, this new integration can help smaller retailers establish a stronger presence online, taking advantage of the ecommerce industry’s growth.
