Q: What is your role at AK?

I am the new Digital Marketing Coordinator here at AK. I will be helping manage our various websites, assisting with SEO and marketing campaigns, and creating a variety of content for our social media and web channels!

Q: Where did you go to school?

So I just graduated from Bradley University in May. I spent the last three years in Peoria, Illinois, before moving back to Minnesota. I originally went for their game design program, but after a year, I had discovered user experience design and liked it significantly more, so I decided to pursue that instead and take the chance to graduate early as well.

Q: What is your favorite part about your job?

Having my own office where I can completely seclude myself, of course…Just kidding!

In reality, I love working with people, and the team at AK has been so amazing to work with so far, and I am confident we are going to create some amazing content together!

Q: What do you like to do outside of work?

I love playing video games with my friends, especially since it’s the best way for me to keep in contact with them during the pandemic! I also like to spend time binging any Netflix original show that’s animated; Disenchantment has been my favorite as of late.

Q: Tell us something about yourself people may not know?

I competitively water skied for 15 years! Crazy how none of the balance I needed for that stuck with me as I am notoriously clumsy.

Q: What’s your favorite game?

I love Dragon Age: Inquisition (and all the Dragon Age games)!

Q: What is your favorite musician/band?

IZ*One is my favorite group at the moment, but they’re disbanding this year, so I’ll have to find a new favorite in a few months.

Q: If you could vacation anywhere in the world, where would it be?

I would love to go to Australia and see Pink Lake! Honestly, I would love to take a vacation just about anywhere after COVID is finally over in however many months.
