Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Orpical Group?
A: We have been improving our clients’ business results since 2012. Orpical provides marketing services across all digital and most offline platforms to businesses throughout a diverse and constantly increasing pool of industries.

Q: Can you give us insights into your services?
A: We often tell prospective clients that we are not simply a marketing agency, but business partners with marketing expertise. We always look to provide businesses with the smartest, most efficient, and most impactful services for their specific needs.
Unlike most agencies, we aren’t trying to sell prospective clients on a website rebuild just to meet our quotas. We want to provide the service the business needs, not the service we want the business to need. Website Development, Design – Digital marketing’s home base is the website, and we’ve delivered exception and custom websites for clients across the industries we service. SEO – We never want to provide a website build to a client without a way to actually drive traffic to the new site. This is where our search engine optimization (SEO) comes in.
SEO is our bread and butter because everyone needs it and few people know how to do it well. Just like our websites, our SEO strategies are custom built for each client, and are structured to deliver clear ROI. As an agency, we focus all our marketing strategies around creating tangible, profitable results for each client.

For another client, we’ve delivered 624 home improvement leads on an average cost-per-lead of $56, giving them a 200% growth rate compared to last year.
Branding & Creative – We are creatives at our core, and that shines brightest when we aid in the visualization, crafting, and inception of branding. We excel at bringing new brand visions to life at every step of the branding process; from brand research and architecture all the way to taglines and logo design, we give a face to our clients’ best ideas.
Lead Generation, Qualification – One major difference between Orpical Group and other marketing agencies is our dedication to not just to generate a lead, but ensuring its value beyond what other marketing agencies typically do. We’ve taken the next step that few digital marketing agencies like to take by not only finding leads, but qualifying them and setting appointments as needed.

Q: Who are your clients and what are some of the key challenges you’re helping them solve?
A: National Parking Company – We provide an extensive suite of digital marketing services to a national parking operations management and valet services company. Our client is focused on many of the primary challenges mid-sized businesses face in competitive industries: expansion of market share, reduction of marketing cost, and the optimization of campaign performance across their many locations.
In pursuit of these goals, we’ve lead the management of our client’s PPC campaigns across search engines, driving leads for them in markets from coast to coast. We have developed, designed, and implemented multiple new websites for their emerging business ventures in both the parking operations and valet services sectors of their business. We have also spearheaded the development of new untapped marketing platforms, as we continue to expand their search engine marketing to Facebook and potentially other social media sites.
Rising Technology Solutions Company – We work with one of New Jersey’s fastest growing technology solutions companies, which has quickly emerged on the national scale as a reliable and exceptional provider of business hardware, software, and ergonomic products. We have aided this client in the ongoing development of their substantial e-commerce website, database, and digital growth efforts.
As a business that partners with providers like Dell, Cisco, HP and Lenovo, while dealing with major public organizations including the U.S. military, our client needs to have top-tier digital services on all fronts. We aid in the maintenance and management of many of their digital properties, while also supporting their ongoing growth efforts and pursuit of greater market share.
National Healthy Home Technology Company – In the home technology industry, we have a longstanding client relationships with a national healthy home technology company. Through their network of qualified dealers, this client helps provide energy efficient home improvement products to homeowners across the country.
As one of our oldest client relationships, we have provided nearly every digital marketing service imaginable to them since the beginning of our relationship. We have taken multiple websites, backend development projects, marketing campaigns, and business growth efforts from inception to completion as they have grown from a company on the rise, but with a low digital presence, to a leading voice within the healthy home industry.

Q: What are the company’s plans and goals for the future?
A: We have one very specific goal.
