BASIC FUNCTION: To contract and on-board new firm customers. Responsible for prospecting brand-new accounts, recognizing choices makers, and keeping precise information and info on all contacts. Need to have the ability to quickly discuss the advantages of The Modern Connection, answer the most common questions about the business, and stroll the client through the onboarding procedure– from documentation to taking the customer on line with the business. The Digital Marketing Expert should have the ability to efficiently and successfully interact the advantages of The Modern Connection option, maintain the fulfillment of the client in the interests of developing long-term account relationships.Proven sales record Comfortable

social media channels POSITION DUTIES: Make outreach calls to small to medium sized businesses to present The Modern
Connection Take incoming calls to describe services offered and to combine a consumer with effective options Speak with service owners/ decision makers and offer service recommendations Show innovative item understanding and advantages of digital marketing Preserve customer relationships, facilitate group/ customer communication and make sure customer satisfaction
Supervise customer account information Attend ongoing customer conferences, creative sessions and team conferences Get involved in all team building, individual and organisation development and client occasions Participate in community and networking occasions on behalf of The Modern Connection Talk to location associations, groups and organizations
Represent The Modern Connection at
