Digital Marketing Specialist We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Global Communications and Brand team. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage the implementation and maintenance of our external website and provide data analysis to ensure the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies. This hands-on role will support KLA’s overall digital marketing strategy through research, analysis, and focus on driving growth, increasing awareness and engagement. What your job will look likeYou will serve as a lead coordinator for technical issues, errors, and updates on all web platforms. Working directly with contracted web vendors alongside the Manager, you will identify problems, find solutions, submit service tickets, discuss assistance needed, and monitor progress. Applying strong technical marketing skills you will act as a consultant for marketing in all things digital! Succeeding in your role:Support stakeholders by troubleshooting issues and managing escalations with internal and external support teams.Measure and report all digital marketing campaigns’ performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver against service level agreements (SLAs) for various web requests.Support the Digital Content Editor in a technical capacity and train comms staff in updating website material as needed.Work directly with business owners and stakeholders to manage and maintain web content while maintaining organization branding, visual requirements, and digital best practices.Audit and update existing digital properties as necessary.Drive localization integration, metrics, operation needs, and end-to-end localization processes. Qualifications:Experience with creating and publishing content on enterprise-level web platformsStrong familiarity with core front end technologies is a plus: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and familiarity with server-side scripting principles and system architectureHands-on experience with website content management systemsFamiliarity with website analytics and toolsExperience in search engine marketing and paid advertisingExperience in localization and/or translation automation platformsEmail marketing and marketing automation experienceThorough understanding of digital concepts and best practicesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProven experience (2+ years) as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role Do these attributes describe you?
