Responsibilities: Campaign Planning Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs to drive marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution across paid channels Develop and manage a content calendar that incorporates segmented message streams within various channels. Own alignment meetings and gain buy-in from key stakeholders in the organization, serving as a reliable liaison to multiple stakeholders throughout the activation and delivery of campaigns Influence decision-making by using data to create detailed, strategic messaging/targeting plans and recommendations.. Give recommendations and collaborate with peers on testing new channels and programs. Work closely with our agencies on the successful execution of campaigns, collaborate on strategy, best practices, and oversee the on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns. Manage paid media strategy, budget, execution and reporting for awareness and traffic driving tactics, while supporting full-funnel KPI’s and objectives. Channel Analysis Analyze performance across paid channels, providing correlations and strategic feedback for UX and channel performance optimizations. Design and track KPIs, analyze performance with industry standard tools, and provide insights that optimize future campaign strategies. Use tools, agency partners, and cross-departmental teams to plan and recommend strategies. Analyze and use data to support strategic improvements, measure results and adjust content in coordination with other stakeholders. Implement test and learn plans, uncovering the best performing creative, tactics, audiences, tools, etc., continually prioritizing to drive the greatest impact. General Function Maintain a deep understanding of best practices, features, strategies, tools and tactics for all channels. Own results of assigned channels, driving strategy, testing, execution and reporting. Guide content strategy in collaboration with internal teams by developing, executing, and measuring strategies and tactics. Recommend content for paid digital media plans, in partnership with digital marketing peers and agency partners, to enhance efficiencies within channels and drive revenue Collaborate with copy and design teams to create compelling content that builds the brand and motivates target audiences to take action based on data and trends. Assisting with media budget management and finances, including invoice receipt and approval, reconciliations, accruals, etc. Keeping up to date on the evolving digital media landscape, including platform updates, marketing trends, martech, as well as competitor activity and best practices. People Management Communicate and monitor performance expectations and review the work of the extended team of content creators. Provide training and enforce policies as needed. Build a team atmosphere by regularly reviewing performance, providing coaching, and exploring development opportunities. Leverage project management and leadership techniques to influence change and drive execution. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. 5+ years of experience managing paid media tactics, with expertise in balancing best practices across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, and more) ad formats, ad objectives and creatives to optimize results. Proven and strong analytical background; Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, including aptitude to learn how to use other analytics and marketing tools quickly. In-depth knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms, keyword search and overall behaviors of s arch engines.
